Gir

Our awesome Girbot passed away early Sunday July 26, 2009. He was 4 years old. Yes we made fun of him and joked about his ears, but did you ever see his ears?!? They really were bionic! He was our guardian. True he wasn't that big but he was fierce! Gir was so loving and sweet. We will miss his howl whenever we here sirens and how he would curl up by our heads like a cat when we slept. We miss and love you Gir!!! You will always be in our hearts! Go play with Yoshiko, Bear, Troy, Buff, Bandit and Moses. You can be their protector now.

For anyone who doesn't know this. Frogs and Toads are highly toxic to pets, especially dogs since they are the most likely to run into them. Jared and I found this out the hard way. Here's to hoping you don't have to do the same.
