Fun times....

Ethan at Truck-or-Treat

My Dad wanted to be KISS for Halloween. This is our test run with the makeup.

My Mom thinks he looks like Michael Meyers....

Almost done!

Taa daa! Gene Simmons!

Max wasn't too sure if that was really his Grampa and Ethan was hiding from him.

Chillin' out at home

Ethan in my butt-stomping boots! Max tried to wear them too. Not sure where that picture went tho.

Max turns 1!!

Sorry this is so late..... I can't believe it's been a year since Max was born!!!!!!! It makes me happy, yet sad that he is turning into a little man.

Why so serious??? He wasn't too sure about his birthday present at first.

A bit happier now that his big brother is up!

How did that happen?

Max shares his birthday with his cousins L and B, so we had a family get together at the park to celebrate!

October is...

Breast Cancer Awareness month!!! I am still trying to raise money for the Breast Cancer 3-Day in November. Any donation will be greatly appreciated! You can click on the pink box in the top right corner of my blog to donate.
The 3-Day is a 60 mile walk over the course of.... can you guess.... 3 days! We walk 20 miles a day. This year the walk will start at Freestone Park in Gilbert and will end at Scottsdale Stadium. From where I live that is a long drive! Walking it will be an adventure. These are the other women who are doing this walk with me!

Yes my friend has pink hair! For every $15 donation she gets, she is putting a pink stripe in her hair. I would do this if it my hair wasn't so dark!

We set up a booth at our communities Summer Send Off last Saturday to raise money.
Each of us made items to sell to help raise money. Here are some things I made. If you like anything you can still purchase it. All proceeds will be going to the Breast Cancer 3-Day!

My Awesome Mom made this blanket to help us raise money!!

Little pink ribbon hand soaps

Potholders/washcloths I crocheted.

I rediscovered my love for making beaded jewelry! Some are purple because it stands for cancer in general. I can also make bracelets.

Moving along

So he started walking about a week or so ago... This is the best video we have of him walking so far. All the other ones show him walk 2 steps and fall because he's so excited.
Oh and I don't think I've mentioned this on the blog yet, but for those who don't already know, Ethan has been potty trained since middle of June!!! We are still working on night time potty training. I hope Max will be as willing when his time comes to give up diapers.

He is so fearless it scares me sometimes.

Just some pics of My Ethan and My Max!

On a different note, we weren't joking when we said a ginormous frog took our Girbot down. They seem to think my front porch is home.

3!

My little man just turned 3!! It is exciting, yet sad... Why do they have to grow up so fast???? We took him to his first movie, G.I. Joe, then went to Chuck-E-Cheese for lunch and saw a dive-in movie later that night. It was a very busy day, but so fun!! These are pics from his birthday party the next day.

He asked me for a Batman ice cream cake....

Ice cream is a lot trickier than I envisioned... It melted like crazy the moment I took it from the freezer. The Carvel cakes don't, so I thought mine would be good too.

Some pics he took with his new camera!

Obviously he didn't take this pic...
